You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services which iNGEN provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Specific consulting engagements, AI development projects, and audits are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) signed directly with the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, assessments, quizzes, diagnostic tools, and functionality are owned by iNGEN Enterprises Solutions LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
