A Note From the Founder
I left Puerto Rico for Iowa with two hundred dollars, two suitcases, and no English.
I was the first in my family to study abroad, and what I lacked in resources I made up in discipline, in work, and in faith. Twenty-nine years at Xerox, EDS, Hewlett Packard, DXC Technology, and Wells Fargo taught me two things clearly.
I know what it looks like when a well-built system frees people to do their best work, and I know what it looks like when broken systems quietly drain everything out of good organizations and good people who deserved better. The small businesses, nonprofits, and faith-driven organizations doing the most important work in their communities had been completely priced out of the kind of thinking that changes that.
The loudest voices in AI were asking how fast we could replace people. That was never my question. My question was: how do we make people more effective, more strategic, and more fulfilled through AI?
That question is why iNGEN exists. After all, I did not cross that ocean with almost nothing to stop short of what God built me to do.
